Franklin DIA Inside|Out Exhibit - April 16 to July 14, 2017

Main Street Franklin is honored to have been chosen for the DIA Inside|Out Program's Spring exhibition!  DIA Program staff have chosen 7 sites throughout our village center to install masterpiece reproductions selected specifically for the locations by the curators at the museum. Take a Spring stroll through downtown and enjoy these wonderful works of art up close! Plans are under way for additional programming around this exhibit - more details to follow.

Paint the Town; A Brush with Historic Franklin Village - May 20, 2017

Main Street Franklin is pleased to invite villagers & visitors of all ages to participate in our 2nd annual community art event in Franklin's historic downtown. Paint stations with art supplies will be set up alongside four of our DIA Inside|Out exhibit locations where all of our local 'artists' can experience one of the Masterpieces on display while painting their own canvas 'masterpiece'. Volunteers will transport all artworks created at the event to be displayed on the side of the former market building - joined together as our very own "Franklin Quilt of Expression." Our Quilt will remain on display for one week and then dismantled so art can be returned to the creators (if desired). Local artists, live music and merchant sales promise to make this a great summer kick-off event! Come join us!

Gem of a Night - Fall 2017

Look for our annual Gem of a Night fundraising benefit to return this fall. Location & date tbd. Enjoy gourmet hors d'oeuvres, a cash bar, a Franklin-centric silent auction, music, and the chance to win a gemstone, handpicked by Yanke Designs!

Our 8th Annual Franklinstein Frenzy will occur on October 21, 2017! Get ready for our annual children's costume parade, trick-or-treating at all our local businesses, the Great pumpkin roll and more!

Sip, Shop, and Stroll - December 7, 2017

Holiday shopping with a twist!  Come experience historic Franklin Village wrapped in holiday finery.  Stroll through Franklin and enjoy holiday deals, food and beverage offered by the local merchants in quaint shops that line Franklin Road.  5pm-8pm
